If you choose to leave over a dispute with another member, or a moderator/mentor/Council member, please consider to bring this to our attention by filling out a support ticket.

Deleting your account is NOT an automated function, because any deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. When your account is deleted, the following will be permanently removed from our servers:

Other members will have no way of contacting you anymore.

ACCOUNT DELETION PROCEDURE

In order to have your account deleted permanently, you need to go to "My Personal Data Overview". You can find this by going to My Wall > Account Settings. Then, in the green horizontal menu, go to "My Personal Data Overview" under "Account Settings".

There, you will find an overview of the data we have stored on you, and the ability to download it first if you wish.

At the bottom of that page, you will find a link which says "Request Manual Deletion". When you click on it, you need to confirm. You will then be sent an e-mail with a confirmation link you need to click; this is to avoid that account deletions are done accidentally.

Please allow 48 hours for your account to be deleted (in exceptional cases this may be longer due to vacations). Once an administrator has deleted your account, you will receive an e-mail from us to let you know.

If you still receive any e-mail notifications from us after that, please do contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. by forwarding the e-mail you received, and we will look into the matter ASAP.

If, for whatever reason, the above procedure does not work, you can ask for your account to be deleted by sending an email to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. This e-mail should have "Account Deletion" as subject. In the body of the email you should explicitly request your account to be deleted, and provide the username that you registered with. The email must be sent from the e-mail address with which your account is currently registered!

If you should choose to rejoin our website at any time in the future, you are welcome to do so. However, as your account will be permanently deleted from our servers, we have no way of reactivating your account, and you will have to create an entirely new one. Keep in mind that, upon deletion of your account, your username will become available for registration to other people, and you may not be able to use it again upon a new registration.
