In de voorbije jaren hebben we geregeld de vraag gekregen om lokale groepen op te richten, waarbij NOD leden elkaar kunnen ontmoeten, groepsrituelen kunnen organiseren, of kunnen praten met elkaar over onze cursussen. Tot nu toe bestond er enkel zulk een groep in Antwerpen (België), maar het is altijd onze bedoeling geweest om onze vleugels verder te spreiden dan dat. En vandaag is die moment eindelijk gekomen!
Graag kondigen wij u aan dat het vanaf heden mogelijk is om "Nemetons" op te richten!
Het woord "Nemeton" is onze term voor een lokale groep of "grove" van mensen. We bieden twee formules aan waaruit je kan kiezen: Nemetons en Vernemetons. De eerste is een groep die nauw verbonden is aan NOD, en enkel beschikbaar voor Upgraded Leden. De tweede optie, de Vernemetons, is eerder bedoeld als een losse affiliatie met groepen die reeds bestaan (maar nieuwe groepen zijn ook welkom) en alle leden kunnen zich hiervoor kandidaat stellen.
Als je meer wil te weten komen over de verschillende mogelijkheden en vereisten, ga dan naar onderstaande weblink. Voorlopig is de informatie tekst wel enkel beschikbaar in het Engels, maar ook Nederlandstaligen kunnen uiteraard in aanmerking komen! Ook in België kunnen zich buiten Antwerpen nieuwe Nemetons of Vernemetons vestigen.

Je zal merken dat deze pagina gedetailleerde uitleg verschaft, maar indien je alsnog vragen hebt, aarzel niet om ons te contacteren! Indien nodig kunnen we je begeleiden in het oprichten van je Nemeton, en voor Upgraded Leden bieden we ook de Nemeton Cursus aan (momenteel enkel in het Engels).
Wel dient te worden vermeld dat de huidige vereisten voor Nemetons en Vernemetons in de toekomst nog kunnen wijzigen, aangezien we onze Nemeton formules steeds trachten te verbeteren. Als je suggesties hebt, aarzel niet en laat het ons weten!
We kijken alvast uit naar de oprichting van de eerste Nemetons!

We are happy to announce that the Druid Youth Course is now also available in Dutch. This course follows the Bardic Youth Course and Ovate Youth Course, which have already been available in Dutch. Students need to have completed these two courses before they can enrol into the Druid Youth Course. At this moment, the Dutch Druid Youth Course does not have a mentor available yet, as there are no graduates of the Dutch Ovate Youth Course at this point. We are happy to announce that we have launched a new self-study Meditation Course. The course does not come with mentoring, but is free for all members of NOD. Its main purpose is to help students of other courses with their meditation practice, but you can also take this course if you're not enrolled in any other courses. The Meditations Course is a practical journaling course involving meditations and visualisations which are intended to demonstrate your own personal growth in this aspect of personal practice. The course provides 39 meditations and journaling exercises to be performed over a period of 13 months. By keeping a journal you will be able to look back on your entries and see the progress you make and this will aid in your future development.
